I've always enjoyed travel. I spent a month in Cuba when I was 17, and travelled from Tallinn, Estonia to Hong Kong, China, overland via the Trans-Manchurian Railway when I was 22. In 2006 I moved to Japan and bought my first DSLR - a Nikon D40. Since then, I've been lucky enough to visit some beautiful countries around the world. Highlights include Cambodia, Portugal, Burma, India, Indonesia and, most recently, Georgia and Armenia.
Countries currently on my travel wishlist include Iran, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, Peru, Ethiopia and North Korea.
My photographs have been featured in the following publications - The Guardian, The Telegraph, Lonely Planet Traveller and DPReview.com.
